STEPS TO REPRODUCE | 复现步骤

1、开启常用应用，如浏览器、wine应用或者其他应用，执行重启或关机操作

OBSERVED RESULT | 观察到的结果

重启与关机，停留在LOGO界面时间过长，达到90秒以上

现在修改后按这个方式执行，RC先只做到12
背景：当前关机需要90秒时间，影响体验
原因：
1自研应用关机时存在阻塞
2.三方应用阻塞
3.系统阻塞等待时间为90s
解决方案修改阻塞等待时间：
1.调整等待时间am启动相关的为3秒杀死进程（RC处理方案）
2.其他应用阻塞等待时间调整为30s（RC处理方案）
3.自研应用阻塞问题需要排查 （release处理）
4.如通过AM阻塞项需要暴露给用户可进行管理（长期工作）

【环境】：
镜像：Deepin OS-23-20240509035255-1_x86_64
仓库：提测单仓库
内核：Linux deepinb3-PC 6.6.25-amd64-desktop-hwe #23.01.00.25 SMP PREEMPT_DYNAMIC Wed Apr 10 21:20:25 CST 2024 x86_64 GNU/Linux

【结论】：
测试未通过，存在dbus-service服务阻止进入重启或者关机的流程。

@kamiyadm 经DDE研发同事确认，目前定位为玲珑版本的日历存在阻止进入流程，麻烦帮忙分析下哈

玲珑启动的dde-calender-service 收到SIGTERM后没有退出， 通过将dde-calendar-service换成收到SIGTERM退出的demo程序可以正常退出，基本可以排除不是玲珑本体及crun的问题。

临时在玲珑里修复一下，验证通过后换成玲珑的issue跟踪吧.

验证通过
【环境】：
镜像：Deepin OS-23-20240201095244-1_x86_64
仓库：提测单仓库 #8554

【结论】：
测试通过，暂无严重问题及影响, 按照issue操作验证回归，开启玲珑版本的浏览器、日历、邮箱，执行重启操作，验证通过
