控制中心设置时间模块与任务栏时间模块没有联动。 |

v23控制中心，处理设置时间日期格式，保存在dconfig中，而v20是使用dde-daemon提供dbus保存配置，导致两个地方修改不能同步。经过讨论，需要修改时间日期插件，将其中通过dbus服务获取的时间日期格式改为监听dconfig变化来响应修改。 |
