The latest version (3.16.0) caused issues with missing C libraries. Sample error: "Error loading shared library libavformat.so.58: No such file or directory".

I'd missed that the cache has an "Add" and a "Replace" method and fails if you're using the first when the object exists / the second when it doesn't.
