Proposal

Update the navbar to better support smaller screens, ensure line-breaks never occur, and maximize the amount of space the host-name can take up
Add a reference to locust cloud in the about section
Fix the edit swarm form so the inputs always have the correct default value for the users and spawn rate (editing the swarm once would work, editing twice would show outdated values)
Update the static asset in the webui to match the new Locust asset
