• Remove duplicate files Lg_c9_magic_remote.ir, LG_C1.ir, LG_Factory_Service.ir
• Rename LG_MR21GC_Magic_Remote.ir → LG_AN-MR21GC.ir to match model number
• Rename LG_TV_AKB75375604.ir → LG_AKB75375604.ir to match naming scheme of other files in the Sony folder

@rheard Looks like a number of conflicts, likely due to other changes while this was in limbo. I'll try to manually correct these.

@rheard Sadly, I did not have the time I had hoped. If you want to try and correct the changes, go for it. Otherwise I'll get to it as soon as possible (or maybe someone else can take a look as well.)
