PiKrellCam

Objectives of this fork:

1. enable use by user other than pi
2. enable use of apache2 instead of nginx

PiKrellCam is an audio/video recording motion detect program with an OSD web interface that detects motion using the Raspberry Pi camera MMAL motion vectors.
