This changes the way of how recents language activity is tracked
Basically it'll reproduce a partial state of repositories based on github events
Then it'll fetch
.gitattributesto eventually handles overriden files for linguistAlso, since the recent languages activity part was moved from
habitstolanguageplugin, this simplify the code by linking them together (though plugins should be independant, this helps leveraging code maintaining since analyzer code is quite complex)Relates #355
