Plans for releasing?

I think this plugin is quite cool and useful. I'm using to show in RViz objects detected with CNN. Would you consider releasing it?

Last time I released something with bloom it seemed like a lot of trouble given how it easy it is to clone something into a catkin workspace and build and use it that way, and it didn't seem worthwhile to continue to release it when updated. Maybe if the process has gotten easier in the last few years, or if it gets easier in the future I'll try it out again. Someone else could take it on also.
