Closes #709.
This sets our Lua version to the proper 5.4.7 commit/tag and updates calls to
collectgarbageto use theincrementaloption instead of the deprecatedsetpauseandsetstepmuloptions. This change should be valid for all 5.4 versions, but not prior versions and not LuaJIT.
