Related to #3061
This pull request primarily focuses on adding new language entries related to SSTV (Slow Scan Television) image management across multiple language files. The changes include additions to the general words and menu language files in Bulgarian, Chinese Simplified, Czech, Dutch, Finnish, French, Greek, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, and Turkish. The new entries provide translations for SSTV management, SSTV images, uploaded SSTV images, and the upload SSTV image button. Additionally, a new menu item to view SSTV images has been added.
