Created pull request for issue #875 Add Dark Mode Toggle Button to About Us Page #875

The About Us page currently lacks a dark mode toggle button, while other pages on the site already have this feature. Add a dark mode toggle button to the About Us page, styled to match the existing buttons on other pages.
