This PR removes all location APIs from the Maps SDK, including:
MyLocationViewTrackingSettingsLocationEnginereferencesWe are confident, that with the upcoming
0.5.0release of the LocationLayerPlugin, which includes camera tracking options and lots of overall improvements, the plugin offers parity with the oldMyLocationViewAPI and should be the preferred tool for displaying user's location going forward.
