Generate docs for this project rather than just pointing to the shelf-pack js docs.

I'm going to check in what I have so far, although documentation.js is generating blank results.

It looks similar to documentationjs/documentation#363, but I'm using the 4.0.0-rc.1 version. I'll dig in more when I have time.
