the python module bitstring was just updated, and will break PCSI due to bad data_types. Reverting to 4.1.4 will fix. |
new numpy version breaks PCSI. Changed file and added instructions for creating and running within a venv.

new numpy version 2.1.2 breaks PCSI. Changed readme to reflect this. Also added instructions for creating and running within a virtual environment so older packages can be used without issues to the system. |
