There are several ads platforms available for UWP. I have to see how to proceed here, pick one and use it or add a sort of shared code to integrate different plugins according to the user choice.

Do you have any UWP platform you want to suggest?

It would be amazing if you could create a PR for UWP.
My idea is to keep the code generic so we can integrate multiple ads providers like Vungle.
Create the PR and I'll merge it asap
