Summary

Updates to pipeline for running on canfar.

  • curl scripts: cleaned up
  • curl scripts: batch size to limit job
  • summary scripts updates
  • added script to count number of running headless jobs

Bug fixes:

  • N_SMP was not propagated to job_sp_canfar.bash
