This patch enables (bootloader+fw) flash dumping via pok3rtool. Also moves firmware files to a new directory to avoid naming conflicts with RGB variant.
Column pins of key matrix is not yet understood since key diodes are inaccessible (below metal plate).
Used QMK debug logging to complete key matrix.

After patching pok3rtool to use CYKB protocol, Pro L White can flashed with patched firmware to enable dumping.
This is mostly documented in #3.
