Run end to end tests as part of Travis build #2091

use chrome provided by travis
use riot-web already install for karma tests
add synapse prerequisites to .travis.yml
fix riot not starting
fix some commands not being available (source, popd, pushd)
fix reporting success even though tests fail
make tests run?
cleanup
wait for Make tests run on CI environment matrix-react-end-to-end-tests#3 to get merged so we can change which branch we fetch here
