Fixes element-hq/element-web#8345 by moving the login flow towards the v2 design. In particular, the server type selector is removed from the login flow, and you always start at the login form. It's possible to change servers manually via separate screen. This also restores
.well-loginto its previous behavior, so that can be used at any time (without selecting a server type first), which fixes element-hq/element-web#8359.There are still other follow up items left to more closely match the mockup, such as merging all the login types into one input.
