Remove-Git-Permanent-Notification

When your Github academic coupon expires, github gives you an annoying large red notification banner. The banner remains even after you select to downgrade, and can remain for up to 12 months. This repo has a Greasemonkey script that removes it.

This is what the banner looks like:

Installation:

1. Install Greasemonkey
2. Click the Monkey Icon and click "new user script"
3. Paste the code from gsScript.txt and hit save
4. Refresh github
