What page(s) need to be updated?

  • announcement screen in both modes the normal mode and in the announcement mode.

Why is this update needed?

The current implementation of the AnnouncementWorkflowNotifier includes a time filter that restricts announcements to their designated start and end times. This can unnecessarily.
