Western Armenian Wikipedia was added (hywwiki) so I regenerated the sitelink languages.
But first I had to also account for wikimania.wikimedia.org, or else it would have added an empty string to the language array. Sitelink here if you need an example (at the very bottom): https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q5296
