feat: Bump Cosmos SDK to v0.47.10

We are upgrading the cosmos-sdk version to a higher version in preparation for the development of upcoming features.

This update incorporates the following major version changes:

• cosmos-sdk: v0.45.12 ==> v0.47.10(https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/releases/tag/v0.47.10)
• cometbft: v0.34.24 ==> v0.37.4(https://github.com/cometbft/cometbft/releases/tag/v0.37.4)
• ibc-go: v4.3.1 ==> v7.3.2(https://github.com/cosmos/ibc-go/releases/tag/v7.3.2)
• Removed the references to third_party in the proto files and transitioned to using buf.
• Cleaned up the upgrade code.
• Built new pb files for the aol, burn, and did modules.
• Min Go Language version up to v1.22

Once this work is merged, it will be deployed to the testnet to verify its stability.
