  • Update tool versions
  • Update APIs

controller_gen, evntest, ginkgo, goImports, op, operator-sdk and envtest k8s
Mostly controller-gen and operator-sdk changes
Add missing and remove unused modules, make vendored copy of dependencies, and verify dependencies have expected content
