This PR:

  • makes the plugin handle streams from restream.io
  • implements ping user control messages
  • improves chunking performance, increases server chunk size
  • adjusts implementation to follow the RTMP spec and fixes some bugs along
  • makes the plugin parse full connect message, along with potential extra keys
