Improve Cosmos messages

• new simple cosmos messages based on protobuf file: Simpler messages using protobuf definiton #1742
• add validation to message and in the resources' new functions (use xvalidator) and add validation label to their proto struct Add more validation on resources #1749
• [to try] make the lcd use proto json instead of amino json
• make sure validateBasic doesn't panic the lcd or engine. check that hash.Empty is not panicking
• remove prefix/suffix that are the name of the modules. (eq QueryHashRunner, MsgCreateRunner) Simpler messages using protobuf definiton #1742
• update e2e test to use cosmos message to write. check all read already use lcd. Replace gRPC by LCD as much as possible from e2e tests #1751
  • make the write use the lcd instead of tendermint client?
• change proto hash custom to cast type Change gogoproto's customtype to casttype #1756
