Removes unecessary definitions, makes RF switching configuration match actual PCB and schematic, and corrects SX1262 power output configuration for actual 1W output.
Note: the default PCB layout controls the E22's TXEN and RXEN pins using MCU pins, this is why this variant file was changed to use this method, amid the other changes above.
