AbstractTripleSort throws NullPointerException

If the last triple in a stream triggers a flush of the current list to disk then the following attempt to write the current list to disk in onCloseStream will create an empty file. the merge logic does not expect to encounter empty files as it only checks if the file is empty after reading at least one triple from it.
