Invalid chapter title in ComicInfo #130

Describe the bug

In ComicInfo chapter title will be the same as manga title
This is due to this line

mangal/source/chapter.go

Line 188 in 6e91e01

Title: c.Manga.Name,

Should be

Title: c.Name,
