Source: #190

  • ISO: table/col/@width in percent, and table/@width in pixels
  • IEC: table/colgroup/col/@width in percent, no absolute number of pixels is indicated for table width.

table/@width processing removed for IEC document.
table/@width for ISO and col/@width attributes are supported already in mnconvert.
