Deploying with minimal costs - OpenAI quota error

When I try to follow the read me for Deploying with minimal costs and run azd up command I get the below error. What should I be changing to get this to work...

Rate limited on the OpenAI embeddings API, sleeping before retrying...

Can you check https://platform.openai.com/usage and see if it shows warnings/errors about your budget cap?

Thanks for pointing me in that direction Pamela!
My credit had expired so had to add some credit to my OpenAI account 🙈
Don't get the rate limiting error any more. 👍🏼
