We recently locked down the
ccfmsrccontainer registry, which had the unintended side effect of absolutely knackering our ADO jobs which try to pull the base image from it:This updates those to instead pull from
ghcr. Let's see if that works. Note that this is also a fresher base image, and that these pipelines may be deleted/moved to GHA in the near future.
