This document describes installation of the executable and shared library files. Python-package and R-package installation guides are presented in their own documents. This clarification is written in the first line of the document you're modifying:
This is a guide for building the LightGBM Command Line Interface (CLI). If you want to build the Python-package or R-package please refer to Python-package and R-package folders respectively.
