Pull Request (PR) description
This adds the priority parameter to IntuneDeviceEnrollmentPlatformRestriction that fixes #4081 but also fixes some issues that are required to fix my other issue raised on#4082, but that will also require #4247 to be merged first in order to get properly fixed.
Edit: Had to change the logic a bit, priority can only be set if it's not a default policy and will only work if it's different from what's currently set since if we try to set to exactly the same priority then Graph will complain with one of those generic error messages.
