[MSIX][Settings] Start at logon conflict with Windows 10 startup items #1161

When installing with MSI, the option to start at logon is implemented with a scheduled task.
This option is still available when installing with MSIX, but since MSIX installed apps appear in the Windows 10 settings under Apps -> Startup, we now have two alternative ways to do the same thing.
