[PowerToys Run] Unexpected match on first position

Expected behavior

Run don't find unexpected applications and sets them on the first position.

Actual behavior

Run finds unexpected matches

Closing this in favor of #3559

The reason this happens is because we are searching for a match in the name as well as the exe name, which in this case is STLauncher.exe. This contains the entire search query launcher and is therefore the first result.
