We have now implemented a plugin management for PT Run into the settings ux. (PR #9872; Issue #5273)

Bug

While testing the new plugin manager in the (now) deleted branch "feature/plugin-manager", it seems that the "drive detection warning" didn't shown anymore for me.

Note: I will reinvestigate this now on master.

This is a remaining work item form PR #9872.

I can reproduce this on a fresh build of an up to date clone of master on my newly installed Windows machine.

I have found a second bug and open a new issue for it. (#9928)
