Repro Steps

wsl --update --pre-release

Expected Behavior

Update should proceed when Cloudflare Warp VPN is connected

PS C:\Users\Jack> wsl --update --pre-release
Checking for updates.

Actual Behavior

The connection was timeout, likely blocked by the server because connections to other servers (like websites) are normal.

Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force
.\collect-wsl-logs.ps1
