Roadmap updates for WinUI 2 and 3.
Notable changes:

  • Mica will not be in WinUI 3 for Windows App SDK 1.0
  • We will be releasing a Windows App SDK 1.0 Preview 3
  • There is currently a critical bug affecting the system PATH env variable in Preview 1 and 2 and we have therefore deprecated those packages on NuGet
  • Multiple top-level window support will be experimental for Windows App SDK 1.0 GA release
