The actual fix is in the Azure SDK for Java. This commit removes the maven central dependency on the Azure SDK and instead uses a custom build of the SDK with the jars included in this repo. The changes made to the Azure SDK are available in avranju/azure-sdk-for-java@0fa83ae.
