shift+enter does not always execute the IW input box

ensure "interactiveWindow.executeWithShiftEnter": true

1. create jupyter interactive window
2. type print(1) and press enter in the input box to add a newline
3. type print(2) and press shift+enter to execute the input box content
   🐛 newline is added

Python should not override shift+enter behavior
