testing #54939:

  • run the file explorer sample
  • hover over a file to see the "Refresh" action
  • click on the white space between the item's label and the action

Observe:
the file is not selected but the focus changed
This behavior is very different from native trees.

If you click on the same spot of a folder, the folder is selected.
