WIP (for #52629), not to be merged until Electron 3.0.x is declared stable and we are happy with it.

Changelog:

  • Chrome: 61 => 66
  • node.js 8.9.1 => 10.2.0
  • libuv 1.15.0 => 1.20.3

VSCode Exploration Builds with Electron 3.0.x:

@Tyriar Yh sort of, I mean it's possible because now 1809 is live (and I'm on it) and I did configure CMD properties and your comment from 3 Months ago about how it shows when you expand the terminal panel is what happened on my end. And yh I've been using the exploration builds since they've come up for electron 3
