Fix CI Builds #63

Several small infra fixes rolled up into a single pr:

clippy pipeline was incorrectly reporting failed stage as passing
clippy fixes that were missed due to bugged pipeline
reduced noise from bindgen during verbose builds
temporarily disable nightly builds due to upstream cargo bug(Add cargo:rustc-cdylib-link-arg into RESERVED_PREFIXES list rust-lang/cargo#13212 - issue is fixed upstream, but nightly release is currently blocked: https://rust-lang.zulipchat.com/#narrow/stream/242791-t-infra/topic/Apple.20runner.20billing.20problem/near/410680248)
