How to add metadata file to .cbz result #2872
-
Hello, I'm trying to add this custom formatted metadata file to my .cbz file, this are my current settings to download: { "directory": [ "{category}", "{artist[:3]}", "{{{gallery_id}}} - [{language}] - {count} pages - {title[:100]:?_//}" ], "filename": "{gallery_id} - {num}.{extension}", "postprocessors": [ { "name": "metadata", "mode": "custom", "filename": "info.json", "extension-format": "json", "content-format": "{{ \n \"Title\": \"{title}\", \n \"Tags\": {tags!j}, ...etc \n}}" }, { "name": "zip", "compression": "store", "extension": "cbz", "keep-files": false } ] } For each download this results in a folder, inside the folder it downloads the gallery and creates alongside an info.json file, then creates a .cbz file with all the gallery files and then leaves out the info.json file. Thanks for your help! |

This works for me: "postprocessors": [
{
"name": "metadata",
"event": "init",
"filename": "info.json",
},
{
"name": "zip",
"compression": "zip",
"extension": "cbz",
"files": ["info.json"],
}

Not really possible at the moment, at least not with the
zip
post processor. It really should be, and I guess now is as good a time as any to implement something in this regard, but you currently have to use theexec
post processor with some other tools like 7zip or plain zip to add any non-downloaded file to an archive.
