[Gelbooru] redirect url support

Can't exactly tell you where and when this type of url was sighted, but gelbooru has a redirect URL that accepts base64 encoded urls of it's own domain.
Example: http://gelbooru.com/redirect.php?s=Ly9nZWxib29ydS5jb20vaW5kZXgucGhwP3BhZ2U9cG9zdCZzPXZpZXcmaWQ9MTgzMDA0Ng==
Which redirects you to //gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=1830046

Not that important, but this type of url should probably be handled since it's a relatively easy one to do.

Done (3e4ffb0). Do you know if the redirect target is always a single post or could it be any Gelbooru URL?

I'll process the redirect URLs that I have and see if there are some that are not single post pages.

Almost forgot to reply. I checked the list of redirects I had and they only contained post links. If you try to create a redirect to a search, the redirect takes you to the main page.
So I guess the issue can be closed.
