Flickr have video can be downloaded by youtube-dl so i think you can add it like twitter

[flickr] improve code and metadata
9890bfd 
- simplify pagination
- add more metadata and slightly change its structure
  - convert suitable values to int or list
  - move keys from ["photo"] to the base level
- proper video support (#246)
- rename method and variable names to better fit with other extractors

Lots of flicker code has been slightly rewritten in 9890bfd and proper video support has been added as well.
