[feature request] show sleep delay for sleep and sleep-extractor

When downloading instagram stories, it doesnt show sleep delay on verbose like sleep-request does

I wouldn't call this a bug, it has always been this way. sleep-request can vary quite a lot in its waiting times due to its implementation, and therefore got a debug message for when it causes the process to sleep. Before c9e6693, sleep and sleep-request always had the same, constant value for their delays, so them having any output was unnecessary, I thought.

Right, but where can i find sleep and sleep-extractor int the py's? i only found sleep-request in common.py extractor

I thought it getting added is the whole point of this issue.
