It's https://anchira.to/. I'm not sure if it's safe to add it because one of the companies that it scrapes from is Fakku who does shady things like this. Typing the name of the website in any search engine takes you to the domain in the first result anyway.

At the same time, the publisher is sending millions of takedown notices to various online platforms. Google alone has received over 45 million takedown requests from the company since early this year. Unfortunately, not all of these are correct.
