[Exhentai] False warning and error that my IP address is banned and image limit is reached

When I get banned while downloading a gallery and after I've reset my IP address and regardless if my image limit is full or not, the program will insist that I'm banned and my image limit is reached when I resume downloading that gallery but downloading other galleries work fine. I've cleared cache and refreshed cookies.

[exhentai][warning] 'Your IP address has been temporarily banned for excessive pageloads. This probably means you are using automated mirroring/harvesting software or share the IP with someone who does. The ban expires in 1 days'

The "Your IP address has been temporarily banned" message comes directly from EXH when trying to download an original image file. This text would be downloaded instead of the actual file if it weren't for the warning/error.

Granted, "Image limit reached!" is technically wrong, but you wouldn't be able to download anything anyway while EXH thinks you're banned.

You can disable this behavior with downloader.http.validate by the way, but that's not going to help you download the actual file.
